| At check-in, the staff was unbelievably friendly and helpful. They gave us all the information we needed to enjoy our rental. The unit was clean and well-decorated to suit all of our vacation needs. We enjoyed the low-key atmosphere of our condo and the North Litchfield area. We will probably rent from Dieter in the future. |

| The unit was very centraly located for many activities on and off the beach. It has a very nice and well manitained pool and grillig area. Also, the unit is quiet at night. I would for sure go back for another vacation and very well may do so in 2009! |

A Graduation Gift to my Daughters |

| We love South Carolina and particularly the Litchefield/Pawley's area. I am a single mother of 4 daughters. In the year preceding our visit, my oldest daughter graduated with her bachelors degree, I graduated with my associates degree and 2 of my other daughters obtained a degree in cosmotology. We had studied from Pittsburgh to Philadelphia in Pennsylvania and all of us put in years of hard work and separation from each other. Our trip to the lovely Litchfield retreat was my graduation present to all of us - a very well-deserved rest. We were close to our love, the warm and wonderful beaches of the ocean, but yet had the delight of a gorgeous courtyard with pool. It was so easy for me to peek over the railing to the courtyard and check on my youngest (age 14) froliking in the waters of the pool with her cousin while I prepared dinner. The landscaping was impecable and felt like a tropical paradise. THe unit was clean and updated and more than sufficient. The parking was excellent. Happy Graduation to us in beautiful South Carolina! |

| I was a little disappointed in this unit. It was a good bit older on the inside than what the pictures depict on the website. We had some issues with the 1 bathroom when we first arrived, but this was taken care of by the rental company. This unit is right outside the elevator which made it somewhat noisy. I have rented at LR before and stayed in a different townhouse unit that was much nicer. It's okay, but I think I will spend a few more dollars and get different unit next year. Litchfield Retreat is a great buy! |
