Offering luxurious beach lifestyle with resort amenities. Each villa overlooks the pool towards the Atlantic Ocean and is exquisitely designed with tray ceilings and column details. Features include fully equipped kitchen with island and ocean view master suite with balcony, garden tub, separate shower. Each floor of Captains Quarters is served by two elevators, and there is covered parking. A beautiful pool complex with jacuzzi and cabana is surrounded by decking and lush landscaping. No pets. Please note that boats, motorcycles (even in trailers) and recreational vehicles are not allowed in Litchfield by the Sea. Property Information

Another great stay at Litchfield. The condo was clean when we arrived and the view from this condo is excellent just like the pictures show. We also enjoyed the large pool on the way back from the beach every day. The Dieter Co has been great to work with over the years. We like to stay in different places around the community every year and they alway make great suggestions.
