| We have stayed in the Litchfield Developement before. This time we chose a beautiful oceanfront condo with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We were steps away from a huge pool. Sometimes our family were the only ones in at a particular time. We were a few more minutes to the beach. The area is very quiet and well maintained. Our only complaint was our front door that could have used some work. We don't mind the half hour drive to Broadway at the Beach, which has something for every age of our family. Also, great golfing close by. We are already thinking about next year. |

| Location, view and convienance was very good. furnishings were good. Only problem was trash (drink bottles, tissues, dirty clothing, etc)left under the beds and other furniture and it took a little to long for the cleaning crew to respond after calling in the problem. |

| Another great stay at Litchfield. The condo was clean when we arrived and the view from this condo is excellent just like the pictures show. We also enjoyed the large pool on the way back from the beach every day. The Dieter Co has been great to work with over the years. We like to stay in different places around the community every year and they alway make great suggestions. |
