My family has vacationed on the Barrington property three times. We love the location, the beach, the pool, the landscaping - it's a great place to stay. This past week, we rented a beautifully furnished property, but our delight diminished quickly. The master bedroom bedding was extremely musty. The second room my daughters stayed in was unbelievably musty. Even after opening the windows, I was unable to get rid of the smell that permeated the room and the bathroom. In addition, there were dirty dishes in the cabinet and the patio furniture was dirty. I was surprised I had to purchase basic essentials like salt, pepper, dishwater soap, etc. They have always been included before.

I would like to reiterate this is a nice property. I hope the people who cleaned it were just having an "off" week.

This is the first time we stayed at 201 Barrington Arms. It was avery pleasant experience. It was clean and the split bedroom layout worked great. It is a short walk to either the Beach or the pool. When we go back we will deinately stay here again in the future.

We loved everything about this corner unit condo from the Master suite with private bath, to the comfortable funishings. Highly recommend over a hotel if you have children. Our kids loved feeding the turtles and fish. Palmedo Dunes has so much to offer any family or couple for a relaxing vacation.
