	The property is very clean and all the furnishings look brand new. We thought that the villa had recently been refurbed! The pool area is great and the hot tub a real bonus. The sun rises directly opposite the patio area and the pool is in full sun all day until around 5/6 o'clock. Our kids thought the PS2 was a great addition to the facilities. We had stayed in West Haven before so knew already that the property was close to a supermarket, not to mention Disney and all the major theme parks. Fantastic experience and we would definitely recommend this villa.
