Just a 5 minute walk to the Rail Trail, & 10 minute walk to Ben & Jerry’s Ice cream. Nauset Light Beach is 1.5 miles away. Master Bedroom is located on the first floor with a Full size bed and private bath. Second and third bedrroms are also located on the first floor, one with a Full size bed, and the other with two Twins. There is a Full size sleep sofa in the loft area for additional sleeping. There are Two TV’s, one in the livingroom, and one in the loft with one DVD player. Gas grill located on the large expansive deck, as well as an outside shower to rinse off in after a long day at the beach. NOTE: LINENS (SHEETS/TOWELS) ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THIS RENTAL.
