| This is the second time I stayed at the Key Lime Parrot and as before I found this rental to be perfect! Everything is provided for and the home itself is a vacation. We had six people in our party and we all had plenty of room and felt relaxed and comfortable in this tropical house. As always Mermaid Cottages were efficient, polite and helpful. We will be back! | The Key Lime Parrott was adorable and perfect our group. It was easy to locate and very clean. I love the fact that we were able to go straight to the house without the hassle of checking-in. We were forced to change our weekend but the staff at Mermaid Cottage Rentals were very nice and accomodating. The house was close to the beach and in a quiet area that was wonderful for destressing which was the point of our trip. The only complaint I have is that we didn't stay long enough. I will rent this home again in the near future. |

We enjoyed the stay and there was enough room for everyone. When we arrive the keys were in the lock box and we went right in to the collage. The party to stay were Me, my wife, my son and his wife and 2 year old daughter. Well, if you need to know my special granddaughter. The only concern about the cottage was the smell when arrived. The smell was strong and smelled like dead fish, but after we opened the doors and let it air out everything seem to be ok. The home was large enough for us all and much better than a hotel. We were able to cook in the house and outside on the grill, althought I would rather had have a gas grill. We did go to several of the local restaurant and eat. A must place is the Crab Shack. My Grandaughter, (my only grandchild) loved the beach. We went everyday. The walk was only three blocks but carring the stuff was a bit much. We drove and parked and paid, and I do me paid, everywere on the Island you must pay to park. The beach closer to the downtown area, closer to the peer is much better for small children than across the street from the cottage. The waves are not as large and in the afternoon there are pools of water small children can play in.
I do have a request for the grounds keeper of the cottage (Key Lime Parrot) the grass needed to be cut and the vines over the outside shower need to be trimmed. When your 6'1 and my son 6'3 go into the outside shower it felt like I was in one of those science fiction movies as the plants were taking over and about to wrap around me and be come one with the plant.
Mermaid Cottages Vacation Rentals service stated in touch with me and each question my email was answered on a timely basic. We will return to Tybee Island on a future date and rent one of the Mermaid cottages on the Island. There are many more things to do on the Island, that we did not do because of my daughter-in-law was pregnant with second child and walking became a issue so we relaxed in the cottage. |

The staff of Mermaid Cottages were very friendly and the Key Lime Parrot was really cute, comfortable and clean. Our walk to the beach was surprisingly short and easy. Lots of great resturants on Tybee - the Crab Shack was very entertainig for the kids! We really enjoyed fishing, swimming and Capt. Mike's Dolphin Tour.
We look forward to coming back to Tybee for our family vaction. |

| We could not have had a better vacation on Tybee Island last month. We had never been there before and happened upon the Mermaid Cottages online. We LOVED everything about the Key Lime Parrot! The girls loved being across the street from the great park and just being a very short walk from the beach. It was great to be able to go straight to the house when we drove on the island and not have to waste time going and checking in and getting a key and then going to the house! I'm ready to go back for 2 weeks next time! |

My family and I had a great time at Tybee.
The Key Lime Parrot was perfect. There was plenty
of room for us. All the cute, casual decorations
made us feel right at home. The location was also
great we could walk or bike to everything. My children loved the park across the street.
We are looking foward to going back and renting from Mermaid Cottages again.
They made for a stress free vacation.
The website offered great information and the houses are as cute in person as the website.
We can't wait to visit again.

| My family and I stayed at the Key Lime Parrot Cottage for six nights. We loved the atmosphere, and coziness of it all. One of the best things about this vacation in particular was the fact that we pretty much ate every meal together. We went to the grocery store when we arrived, and sat down for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The kitchen had all the amenities that we needed. It was wonderful. I love that fact that there was only one television (although I would probably update it). We had to watch every night as a family. Tybee Island is definitely about re-connecting with your family in a sunny, peaceful atmosphere, and we'd stay here again in a heartbeat! Thanks to all the staff at Mermaid Cottages! You were most helpful, and we're already planning a return trip! |

Our stay at the Key Lime Parrot was perfect from the moment we arrived until the day we left. The cottage was clean and very well-equipped, and much closer to the beach than we expected. A 5-minute walk and we were swimming in the ocean. Everything on Tybee is close and convenient. Restaurants, grocery store, shops, and services are all a 10 minute or less drive. Honestly, it was the best vacation experience I've ever had. One minor complaint: The ceiling fan in the master bedroom is really noisy. I have no doubt it would've been fixed right away if we had reported it. We were just too tired every night to make a big deal about it! Thanks Diane, Barbara, and Mermaid Cottages for making our summer vacation so special.

THE COTTAGE IS WELL STOCKED AND NOTHING ON THE ISLAND IS TOO FAR FROM ANYTHING. MY HUSBAND AND I COME TO TYBEE 2-4 TIMES A YEAR AND WE ALWAYS ENJOY OUR STAY. The Key Lime Parrot was a fun place to stay. I liked all of the colorful decorating. Even though we had rain the whole time we were there we still managed to have a great time. It was nice having the screened in porch. Only thing that probably needs some work is the outside shower. Boards are rotting. Other then that it is conveniently located to the beach and dining. I would definitely stay again hopefully in better weather.

We rented the Key Lime Parrot for our February vacation. We were looking for rest, relaxation, sunshine and a fun place for our family and friends to gather. The Key Lime Parrot was the perfect place. We loved the bright and cheerful decor - pictures do not do it justice. It seemed so spacious with all the rooms and and the screen porch that we never felt crowded. One of my favorite parts the accessories. It was so fun to entertain with all of the coordinating plates, placemats, bowls and serving dishes. We have rented vacation homes before and have not seen such attention to the little details. I felt like Martha Stewart!
We loved the comfy beds and the additional half bath as well. The outdoor shower would have been perfect for a summer vacation.
We have a 4 and 1 year old and our friends who were staying in the Crabby Pirate have an 11, 9 and 9 month old as well, so we really appreciated the closeness of the playground - one of the best we have been to- and the beach. We were able to let the kids play outdoors and could fit a beach session into any day.
We hope to return to the Parrot again sometime. It was ideal and gave us such a great feeling of being on holidays! Two thumbs up and 5 stars.

| We (my family and my sisters family) spent wonderful Thanksgiving weekend in Tybee Island and really liked the cottage that was close to beach and chidrens playground. We really liked the house and there was plenty of room for us. Only minus was that the floor wasn't very clean and our baby's clothes turned really dirty when she moved around. Everything worked fine and we can recommend this house. |

We arrived on a Sunday evening, and left on Friday morning. We certainly d to leave, this was one of our best vacations. Although it was in the "off" season, we loved it. There were still businesses and restaurants/grills open. We picked this time in celebration of my retirement. Our cottage was wonderful, it was decorated so smartly. We enjoyed both Tybee Istand and Savannah, and hope to come back soon! The Mermaid people are the nicest. Thank you for a memorable and relaxing vacation.

This was an ideal location for a relaxing weekend with the family. With
four adults we wanted to stay in somewhere that had a home-like
atmosphere (which ruled out hotels) while visiting Savannah and this
cottage fit the bill. It was far beyond our expectations--we joked on
the drive there that it wouldn't be as wonderful in person as it looked
on the website. We were delighted to find out that we were wrong!
Beds are comfortable, it was completely clean and had everything we
needed down to a waffle maker! It was like staying at a friend's house.
Thank you Mermaid Cottages for making this a wonderful and
unforgettable experience. Can't wait to return! |

Six of my best friends joined me for this great girl's get-a-way. We were amazed at the homey decor and all agreed that we could easily live there. The beach was just a short walk away and Savannah a few minutes by car. The Key Lime Parrot Cottage lived up to it's name!
The staff at Mermaid Cottages made arranging our stay a breeze. I would definitely recommend using this service to anyone. Hope to visit again soon!

| The perfect get away! The Key Lime Parrot was such a delight. I fell in love with the feel of the place. House was decorated so cute! Appliances were like new. The bed was comfortable. All the rooms were plenty big enough. The house inside was immaculate. The area had a laid back feel to it. We enjoyed the bike riding and tennis courts across the street. An added plus was having Savannah so close too. The staff at Mermaid were all very nice. My daughter and I are looking forward to planning another trip but this time with the rest of the family. I can't say enough nice things about the place. |

Cottage was wonderful. Close to beach and restaurants. Cottage was very clean. Rented bikes from Tim's Beach Gear. Great choice. Just a note, the two small table lamps on the screened-in porch were not working. Also, adding a few childrens' books to the bookshelf would be great. We love Tybee and will be back next year.

| WE fell in love with Key Lime Parrot the minute we walked into the fun,colorful setting. minutes from the beach was the best for us as we spent time riding the waves and building sandcastles with our two year old granddaughter. The park across the street was awesome. We played tennis, volleyball and the playground was a hit too. We biked around Tybee every morning catching the beach at low tide made for some good rides. I must say the guys loved the outdoor shower, must be a man thing. It did help with the beach visits, leaving the sand outside. We played games every nite at the spacious table. The living room was nice size too we enjoyed talks while we watched the olympics ceremony. |

| This was a wonderful cottage, very clean and bright and cheerful. THe rooms were large and beds comfortable. we loved the screened patio and outdoor shower. A short walk to the beach, and to AJ's restraunt and Boomas. It was perfect for us and our grown children with their girlfriends. The web site said you do not need to bring anything except beach towels and they were right. I packed coffee and sweetener and creamer and beach chairs and all that was already there. We would love to stay here again. |

My friends and I just spent a fabulous girls' getaway at the Key Lime Parrot. The cottage was the perfect spot. We really enjoyed the screened porch and the outdoor shower (with hot and cold water). It was fully equipped and if you needed them, even had some beach chairs and an umbrella.
The beach is only a short walk away, but if you are taking chairs, etc. you may want to drive.
All in all, the cottage was perfect and the rental process was a breeze! |

| This was our 1st time renting a cottage at TYBEE. It was FANTASTIC ! We have been coming to Savannah area for the last 6 years. We have always stayed in hotels with cooking facilities in Savannah. We so much enjoyed having a cottage versus a couple of rooms. The extra space made our vacation so relaxing. No one got on anyone's nerves. The front screen porch, the outside shower and the yard with croquet were fantastic. Also the beach being a short walk and not having to keep feeding the meters was nice. We are hoping to return next summer, as our Savannah - Tybee vacation has become a tradition with our family. At the last minute this year, a close friend of our family joined us at TYBEE. He and his family rented another cottage also. We all had a wonderful experience with the cottages. |

| Tybee Island and The Key Lime Parrot are to good to tell others. This beautiful little island offers big relaxation and fun for me and my family. The house is perfect in it's location on the island. Just a short walk to the beach and a quick bike ride to either the North or South end of the island. The cottage is beautifully decorated and makes one fill right at home. I really would like to(if I could) keep it a secret. Yes, it is that great. |

This was our 1st cottage rental experence and I would definately rent from Mermaid Cottages again!
The Key Lime Parrot was a lot more spacious than I expected it to be. Clean, plenty of "home comforts" and comfortable beds!
The street was very quiet, dispite the close neighbors. Peaceful & relaxing!
You can sit out on the private patio in the evenings and feel as though no one else is around.
It was a short walk to the beach and has a nice park across the street.
Everything in town is with in walking distance.
If you choose to drive, Tybee Island does charge for parking everywhere.
They do keep a close eye on the parking meters, so be sure to keep your meter full to avoid a parking ticket. (Easy to avoid)
The rental staff is terrific!
Very helpful and at your disposal 24/7.
Several contact numbers were provided in case you would need their assistance.
There was a binder full of information in the cottage, that was very helpful, with lists of restaurants, entertainment and services.
Wonderful experence!
If you are looking for a no hassle vacation rental with all of the comforts of home.....look no further!

| This was our family's first vacation to Tybee Island; it will be hard to top! The Key Lime Parrot was more than we expected- enough to stay an additional day. The entire place was clean, bright, and fully equipped with everyday needs. With 3 boys ages 14, 6 and 5- there was plenty of room for all and the location was perfect; across the street from the park and a few blocks from the beach. We're already planning to bring extended family members on our next vacation...and of course we'll be staying at the Key Lime Parrot! |

It was the best girls trip ever. The Key Lime Parrot was bright and cozy - the decor made us smile from the time we entered until the time we had to leave. The short walk to the beach let us enjoy a magnificent sunrise every morning followed by shell gathering. We loved the convenience of the restaurants and shopping on Tybee and did lots of both and appreciated the convenience to Savannah.
It was grand to come "home" to the Parrot every night and snuggle into the cozy beds.
We couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to stay or a nicer rental agency than Mermaid Cottages. The girls will be back to Mermaid Cottages. If anyone is looking for a bright, fun, sparkling clean vacation getaway-

We traveled to Tybee with another couple and our three children. This
was a perfect place to be-- close to the playground, library and just a
short walk to the best beach. We had plenty of room for sleeping,
hanging out and even dividing (kids at the tv, a few grown-ups on the
porch, another few on the patio!) The house is newly redecorated and
really comfortable. |

| My group of friends travel south each spring to escape the northern climate. The Key Lime Parrot cottage at Tybee Island was one of our favorite places to stay ever! The interior was spacious, and beautiful with a fun tropical decor. Comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen...appliances all newish that worked great! Too many amenities to mention...close to the beach (walking distance)and equipped with a great outdoor shower. We used this as a base to do a day tour of Savannah and Beaufort, although Tybee is wonderful with lots of fun things to do and great places to eat. Can't wait to go back soon! |

| We enjoyed our week on Tybee Island, the weather was a little cool, but everyone on the island and Savannah area was very welcoming to the Indiana National Guard Families. We found the Keylime Parrot cottage very charming and large enough for 6 people to stay comfortably. |

| My sisters and I brought our mother to Key Lime Parrot for her 85th Birthday! The cottage was everything we expected and more. Clean and neat as a pin! The beds were very comfortable and everything was within walking distance. We will be back!!!! |
