Great location
We wanted to stay close to the pier and pavilion to enjoy the New Year's Eve festivities. The house is in a great location. Close to restaurants, IGA, shops etc. Our group consisted of two couples with two small dogs. There is very little privacy. You must walk through the third bedroom to get to the second bathroom and since we didn't use the third bedroom it wasn't a problem but might have been if the third bedroom was being used. The queen bedroom is very small and there is no dresser and only a small closet. The bathroom is also very small. We stayed at the house during an unusually cold spell and the house was very cold and drafty. Nice outdoor areas. More...

All needs met
The cottage had everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The renatl agents were very supportive and attentive. The living area was a little tight for 5 people. Would definately stay again in warmer weather to take advantage of the front porch.

NOT FOR 6 PEOPLE IN NOVEMBER
Tybee Island was nice and the home was clean and very cute, but it is much smaller than it is made out to be. There are no hallways, the rooms just connect to eachother. I do not think it should be rented to more than four people in November. There are two "bedrooms" and two small beds in common areas of the house that are extremely cold at night, no matter what the heat is on. One of the bedrooms barely fits the full size bed. It would be appropriate for a family with small children in the summer, but my husband and I rented it for ourselves, my teenaged siblings, and my mother, and it was not appropriate. The location was nice, walk to beach and restaraunts, but again- NOT FOR 6 PEOPEL IN NOVEMBER. I really wish someone would have given me a heads up. More...
