| Service was excellent. Lots of information received relating to the visit, policies, etc. Paddy Cakes was nice. We felt the inside living room area was a bit small however the front porch was great for us and the dogs!!! Would definitely rent again since location made almost everything within walking distance. We rented a Tybee Cruiser but could not charge the battery at Paddy Cakes so this was a little inconvenient. One of the upstairs renters works for Mermaid...she gave us insignts into some of the decorating, other cottages and naming of Paddy...a definite plus. |

This was a family vacation / high school graduation celibration combo. My daughter invited a friend as there was so much room. We had a total of 5 and could have had more without any problems. The location is great and the girls rented bikes and could come and go as they pleased. The Front pourch was my husbands favorite place. The outside showers are also just the thing to keep the sand form the house. The kind of place that I will come back to. I am trying to talk the girls at work into a weakend stay for a "just girls" weekend in the future. This was one of those perfect vacations and M. Paddy Cakes help make it so with all the room and comforts offered.

| I vacationed there with my two daughters and our dog and we had a lovely time. The places was clean and cozy, beautifully decorated, a quick walk to the beach and restaurants and everything we needed was right there. Would absolutely recommend! |

Nice cozy home for our party of 7 (5 adults, 2 toddlers) & 3 small dogs. Convenient location just a couple blocks from the beach. Large front screened porch held all of our beach stuff - wagon, shoes, etc.
Nothing bad with the experience, but some areas to improve are - supply cleaning equipment (broom, mop, cleaner) so we could sweep floors after we track in sand. Grass in back yard needed mowed. No TV in 2 of the bedrooms. No games for evenings in house (thought there would be cards or board games or movies). Bed spreads needed laundered. Sheets were clean though.
Overall we had a good experience. |

| My stay at the M.Paddy Cakes apartment was the highlight of my summer. I live in Savannah with only a 30 minute drive to the beach but staying at the beach gave me that feeling of being on vacation that I was looking for. The apartment was the perfect size for my family and our friends who came in from Macon. It was convenient to the pier, the shops, and the beach. We cooked out, enjoyed our quiet time on the front porch, and having a washer and dryer to use was so nice. The apartment was clean and had all of the amenities we could ask for during our stay. I hope to make M.Paddy Cakes a yearly stay for our family. |

| we really enjoyed our visit to Tybee Island in June for a girls vacation! The house was so nicely decorated and there was plenty of room for all us to be there comfortably. We did have a leak the second morning we were there and they promptly came to repair the problem. I was also impressed with the courtesy phone call that I received several days before our visit asking me questions about the trip and if I needed anything. It is that personal touch that has me saying I will come back again. |

We really enjoyed our stay and the staff was very helpful and pleasant. The house was good for kids and not too far from the beach. We did have a few plumbing problems that have hopefully been fixed since we left.
We are planning on coming back next year and hope to rent from Mermaid Cottages again! |

| M. Patty Cakes has a great location near the south end of Tybee Island. A quick walk to Stingrays, one of my favorite places to eat. The cottage is fully furnished with a complete kitchen and a huge screened porch. Friendly neighbors. A quick walk to the beach and to the back river. You can blend right in with the locals. I encourage everyone to contact Mermaid Cottages for a place to stay while visiting Savannah or a wonderful stay at Tybee Island. |

| I have stayed at a few Mermaid Cottages and I always enjoy my stay. This cottage is in a very good location to the pier and shopping. Very close to the 14th street beach. Two things you want to concider with this cottage though is that it is an apartment and can be noisy. We heard the people upstairs a lot. Along with some animal (cat/dog) running back and forth in the middle of the night. The other thing to concider is that the living space is very small for the amount of people the cottage sleeps. We had 4 adults and 2 kids. There were plenty of beds (one unused as well) but we all were cramped in the living area. Just food for thought. Other than that we enjoyed our stay at Tybee as usual. |

| While my group only stayed 3 nights we would have stayed longer if work schedules permitted. The location was extremely convenient to the hotel hosting the event we attended. Restaurants were within walking distance as was the beach and pier. |

We stayed at M. Paddycakes with our extended family for 5 days and it was wonderful! We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach and most restaurants. The house was very clean and well equipped for us. We spent a few evenings dining in and had all we needed to make a great meal. The house was perfect for us. We were able to spend time with our family on the front porch and in the family room hanging out.
It was by far the best vacation in a long time!We would book this house everytime we go to Tybee! |

We visited the M. Paddy Cakes house recently, and the house met our various needs. We were a party of 9, and our ages ranged from 17 to 50-something.
We had some who wanted to shop and sightsee in Savannah, some who wanted to bike and explore the island, and one who wanted to just lie on the beach. This house was an ideal one for the needs of everyone in the group.
The walk to the beach was a reasonable one, and the street was quiet. We rented bikes for a less-than-average fee, and the bikes were nice. The kitchen was well stocked, and all the appliances worked.
We didn't have any chldren with us, but we noticed that sand pails and other beach equipment were on the porch. I recommend this house to anyone who is looking for a quiet, affordable place to vacation. |

Very cute cottage with a nice screened in porch with tables, chairs, and even a porch swing. Decorated "Tybee style" for a real vacation atmosphere. When I stay at the beach, I want to know I'm at the beach, not a cookie cutter hotel room and M Paddy Cakes fit the bill.
The walk to the beach was fine- about 3 blocks. There were even chairs to borrow.

| This is a small charming rental cottage, convenient to Tybee village and the beach. Street was quiet and screen porch was a plus for playing cards in the evening. Bathrooms small and one bunk space without privacy (in a hall) but it does sleep several for a good price. The LR sofa could use an upgrade (not the one in the online picture) |

| This was our second stay with Mermaid Cottages and they were great both times! There was plenty of room for the whole family in M Paddy Cakes and we love that the dog was able to join us too! It's a really short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. We enjoyed cooking family dinners at the house and eating on the big screened in front porch. We would definitely recommend M Paddy Cakes and Mermaid Cottages to others! |

| We had 6 adults and plenty of room - LOVED the screened in porch for outdoor eating! Close to the beach and eating places so we could walk. Loved the brightly decorated house - really made it feel tropical and away from home. The living room is a little small, not very condusive for 6 adults so we mostly stayed on the front screened in porch. The Breakfast Club was great on the island and also recommend a nice meal at Olde Pink House in Savannah. Already planning another trip back! Mermaid Cottages very friendly and accomadating.... |

| I came with three other women and we were all very pleased with the property we rented. The staff is extremely friendly and the property was very well kept. Tybee was everything we expected. The only little complaint would be the showers, the one with the good water pressure was very small and the one that was larger had no water pressure. But otherwise it could not have been more perfect. We will for sure return and recommend others do also. |

Love the Property - but noisy |

Here is my review in short - I love the property itself - but this year the people above us (not the individual woman, but the other new tenant) made so much noise throughout the night that I did not get much sleep on any evening I stayed there. Therefore - when I look at properties to come to next early May - I think I will ask for a Mermaid property that is only one level - or has a top level we can rent. I am usually not picky and the M Paddy Cakes cottage is super - but the women who moved in there trekked around from 11 pm to 4 am and one night talked with a male for several hours between 3:30 am and 5:30 am. It was unbearable. It affected both of us who stayed in the lower level.
