The Lantana was recently remodeled with all new flooring, kitchen and furniture. You can enjoy this home from many levels. Just outside the living room French doors is a deck with rocking chairs overlooking the lake and the wildflower gardens. Next to this deck and just outside the kitchen is a large screened porch. There are 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and full bathroom on the lower level. Just up the stairs is the master bedroom with a king size bed, a full bathroom and a walk-in closet. This level also has French doors leading onto a covered deck with rocking chairs. If the kids (or adults) need entertaining, then step into the gameroom where you will find a regulation size air hockey table, foosball table,Billards table, dart board, and card table for playing your favorite board games. The gameroom comes with a stereo system. Everything you need to relax by the lake is in this house. Located just 15 minutes from Lexington. Sleeps 6.
