The family room has a large sectional sleeper sofa allowing this house to sleep 11 very comfortably. Having 4 bathrooms will come in handy when everyone is preparing for the evening. Sleeping will be very comfortable with 2 king beds, 1 queen, 1 full,1 twin and the sleeper sofa. This is a nicely landscaped property with a sunrise view of the lake. The lake front slopes gently to the water and there is a large private dock. You will enjoy the great amenities such as the game room with a billiard table and air hocky, high speed internet, 2 wide screen LCD TV,s, one in the family room and one in the game room. Go canoeing on the lake in a canoe. Grill out on the tiled patio or relax yourself on the deck inside the 7 person hot tub. There is a Front load washer & dryer, dishwasher, game boards and much more.(Lexington side/east side of the lake) (Sleeps 11). No Smoking, No pets.
