This property is located South of Luray off of RT. 340. You can expect about a 10 mile drive to the town of Luray. Single nights allowed. Infants 12 months and under stay free. All other children 13 months and older are an additional $25.00 per night. $85 per room, per night (5+ rooms rented), or 3+ nights rental Satellite TV room, Large Sun deck w/ charcoal BBQ grill, The playground, game room, outdoor hot tub (6 man), fire pits, and private river access is available to ALL guests regardless of where they have reserved on the ranch. Horseback Riding is available on the Ranch for a fee. Fully Equipped Kitchen when you reserve the entire facility. Otherwise, only microwave and coffee maker are available for use. 10% military discount with copy of active ID and Repeat visitor discounts available-You must request the discount at the time of reservation or prior to confirming the reservation.
