The Ormondy was outstanding. My wife and children, along with one of my children's friends, spent the weekend at this vacation condo. The accomodations were perfect. The view is awesome. It is on the top floor so you can see both the ocean and the inlet. Absolutely relaxing atomosphere with a comfortable living room to just hang out and watch movies at night. The sun room has incredible views, which was nice for reading a book or a place to have happy hour. It has wonderful kitchen facilities to prepare meals but you have numerous choice for eating out if desired (there is also Publix close by). The condo is right on the beach, literally just a few steps from the building. There is a pool facility, which is nice when you want a break from the ocean. The bedding was very comfortable. We rented this property during Race Week for the Daytona 500. The location was a plus, the views were wonderful and it was very spacious. The linens were old and stained, most of the furniture was old and there was a mold issue with the air conditioner. One of our group was severly allergized during the entire stay. We enjoyed our stay, but would not stay there again. The building was much older than we thought. The property was very well maintained and all the residents were very friendly. More...
