Extra amenities include high speed internet, free nationwide long distance, Master Bedroom Jacuzzi tub, roof-top deck for star gazing along with two indoor garage parking spaces. In-suite maid/concierge service available upon request for additional fee, with on-site attendant residing in the carriage house. This East Perry Street address is strategically located just southeast of Crawford Square; between Liberty Street and Oglethorpe Avenue just steps away from Polk’s Fresh Market for garden-fresh vegetables and fruit. Undertaken in recent months, new renovations include a cupola (little dome) in the center of the square, making an appropriate and popular setting for wedding ceremonies. Wireless internet and free long distance service available. Sorry, there is a no smoking policy as well as a no pet policy. Please note that a longer nightly minimum may be required during peak season dates, holidays or special events.

| We leased two locations on Crawford Square to deal with the amount of guest we had in our wedding party. There were 10 of us that stayed in this awesome home with no issues of space. The other location was close enough so that everyone could have breakfast together every morning in this location (around 18 people). The home is just a few blocks away from River Street. As far as tours of Savannah we were picked up and dropped off at the doorstep with no questions asked by Old Savannah Tours. The neighbors were so nice and come to find out one of them was from our hometown. As far as parking there was no shortage of that either ( just watch the sweeping zone times). I would tell everyone to give this location a stay, you won't be sorry. |

| Myself, and nine others stayed at this property for my 30th birthday. The house was immaculate, the beds were incredibly comfy. There was a cleanin service that took care of everythin once we left. The attendant, was lovely. The house was beautiful, comfortable and fully stocked. The master bedroom and tub were terrific! My deposit was returned within two weeks. I can't say enough good things! Thanks savannah getaways! |

Wonderful Vacation Rental |

I can't say enough great things about this rental. The location was
right in Historic Downtown Savannah, and the place was incredibly
well-furnished and luxuriously appointed. The price was low
enough to be almost silly. But then, I had rented a different
property from the same rental site the previous year and the value
was similarly excellent (Great Job, Savannah Getaways!).
Anyway, it felt like we were living in a beautiful Historic townhouse
for a week and we had the run of Savannah. Walking distance to
everything, a terrace on the third floor for moonlight toasts and
cigar-smoking, and a fabulous kitchen in which to make dinner on
those nights we decided not to eat out.
Great value. Wonderful place. I will rent from these people every
time I come back to Savannah (until I finally give in and just move to
town, at which time I will make sure to use them to manage my
vacation rentals!). I know this review sounds too good to be true,
but that's how pleased I was and I swear I am not some sort of shill.

What a beautiful house. We had a large party and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy the house!! The roof top and patio were a huge hit and we spent the evenings outside enjoying the weather! We certainly loved the close proximity to downtown and the pizza place around the corner was delicious!

| This is an immaculate house for a large group of people to easily walk to all the historic areas in downtown Savannah. A housekeeper is on-sight and very helpful. Savannah Getaways sent the deposit check back immediately and couldn't have been easier to work with. |

| The house beautiful! Walking distance from Downtown Savannah. The 12 of use fit wonderfully, plenty of space. Three couples their children, and one set of grandparents celebrated Thanksgiving in the house. We could not have selected a better house. We will definitely do it again! |

When we drove up to this wonderful home and opened the front door, we literally gasped at how beautiful the place was. We dropped our bags at the door and went running through the house gleefully exploring each magnificent room.
This was the first girl's weekend my family has ever had-mom, sisters and nieces came from all corners of the U.S. We picked Savannah because that's where mom wanted to go-a great choice.
I wouldn't change a thing about the house. There were plenty of towels, comfy beds, high ceilings, well-equipped bright kitchen....friendly neighbors and sweet neighborhood cats that greeted us on our back deck.
I'm almost afraid to recommend it because I always want it to be available to us for when we come back!
A real winner....in a perfect location.
