| We absolutely loved Savannah and plan to return soon. We stayed on East Jones Street and it was a beautiful and comfortable home with two private bedrooms with baths, both upstairs. The private garden was where we spent most of our time when not out and about in Savannah. The home is in an ideal location for walking to the shops and parks, and if you are really into walking, it's not that far to the river front and all the shops and entertainment there. We loved it and will be back! Thanks for your hospitality Savannah! |

| My family and I stayed in this home July of 2009. Overall it was a great experience. The interior was beautiful and we had everything that we needed. The location was a little out of the way of the city center so we ended up driving to places rather than walking. That being said the street had ample parking because it wasn't in the congested city center. |

| Upon arriving at property, was very pleased. The pictures do not do the place justice. Everything was above expectations. The rental process itself was seamless, easiest rental transaction ever. Property had all the amenities expected and more. WE could not have found a better fit for our family. I HIGHLY recommend this townhouse and rental agency. As a matter of fact, I have already told several of my friends and co-workers about my experience and urged them to contact the agency. The only downside concerning the property was the over whelming urge to move in and not leave!!!! Charming, charming charming! |

The town home met our needs. It provided a lot of shared space for visiting. The location is ideal because you are so close to the Historic District. Pay attention to the signs about the street sweepers! We saw the sign on one side and thought that was for both sides of the street. Ticket was only $12.00 though.
It was clean & beautifully decorated-but no curtains or shutters in the bedrooms-had to improvise with sheets. Linens were plentiful. The courtyard was private and wonderful. Needed instructions on how to lock back doors-had to call for instructions. DVD player was not working and no batteries for remote. Besides that, we would stay there again. |

| My husband and I went to Savannah from Atlanta where we were visiting my family for the holidays. We took my mother, sister, and my husband's mother with us and had an incredible time. There was plenty of room for all 5 of us and we especially enjoyed the unusually warm winter weather in the back yard. We chose to cook at the house having our meals outside instead of dining out...it was perfect. The furnishings were lush and comfortable with a few funky touches in the dining room and my mother spent the first 10 minutes just taking photos of the place! | Perfect get-a-way! Charming, had every thing we could possibly need. Parking on the street was no problem. Great location in the historic district and close enough to walk to several sights. Comfortable beds, very clean and the private patio garden was a plus. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! |

My 3 girlfriends and I spent a wonderful long weekend in this spacious, beautifully remodeled and decorated town home in the historic district. We lacked for nothing in the well-appointed kitchen and baths. The back garden was private and a wonderful place to relax for breakfast or after a day of sightseeing. The rental agent was a delight to work with.
Off-street parking was plentiful, but be aware of Savannah's street-cleaning system for this location on the weekends. |

The pictures do not do this home justice. The home is actually nicer than you can see in the pictures. It is very clean, beautifully decorated and conveniently located. I was worried that it might not be convenient. However, it was very close to everything Savannah has to offer. I do wish that I would have taken more time to enjoy the gorgeous, peaceful garden! The property was very easy to rent and the staff was more than courteous and helpful.
I would suggest paying close attention to the "No Parking" signs on the street in front of the home. It is easy to overlook these signs and find a $12.00 parking fine on your vehicle in the morning.
I would definitely stay in the home again and will use this company when we travel to Charleston as well. Great Rates--Excellent Customer Service--Beautiful Accomodations! |

| Our visit was SPECTACULAR!! The house was beautiful and the court yard was very relaxing after a long day of walking and site seeing. We had a wonderful time and plan to come back again. When we do, we will be staying at this location again. The rental process was easy, the accomodations were wonderful, I don't know what else you could possibly want or need.
