Perfect birthday weekend |

I rented Little Knotty Pine cabin for my boyfriend and I to stay in
the mountains for his birthday. This cabin was perfect! It is
teeny tiny but great for a couple. The jacuzzi was perfect with
the fire pit next to it and it had two grills. It was not too far from
Asheville and the Biltmore Estate either but it still felt nice and
secluded. I would for sure stay there again! |

| I have nothing negative to say about my stay or the company used, however my disapppointments stem from comparison and pricing. I have stayed at many cabins in this price range in various states. I thought the accomadations were lackluster and overpriced but it was taken care of and the company was easy to book through and pleasant enough. My review is neutral other than I wish for the qualilty of cabin and location the price had reflected this. That is my disappointment. |

A nice little cabin. It is a unpaved way up, and when it's dark you don't see a thing. A real adventure ! The cabin is very private and the hot tub outside is very relaxing, with nice view of the woods. There is a huge grocery store nearby ! (by car)
Don't forget, you can only enter the cabin your first day after 4. |

| We spent our 27th anniversery there and it was nice and cozy with nice privacy.I recommend this place if your looking for privacy and comfort. The only thing that disappointed us was it was advertised like it had a nice view.We were expecting a beautiful mountain view but it is more wooded with trees but I would probably still go back.Make sure you get good directions because it took us quite a while to find the cabin..... |

I was not at all happy with this cabin. The water was so metallic that
we didn't even like bathing in it. The rooms were way tiny and so full
of nic-nacs that it was hard to find a place to set a cup down. I can
not imagine having anymore than 2 people in this cabin at one time.
That being said, I would have stayed (but not happily) my full trip
here, had it not been for the neighbors constantly barking dogs
keeping me awake for two nights in a row, that was all I could take.
I will say that Carolina Mornings was great to work with as far as
getting me set up in a different cabin. Although it was a major
inconvenience, their response time, helpful suggestions and pleasant
attitudes will definitely bring me back to them for my next excursion
to the mountains.

Dear Sams,
Thank you so much for reviewing Little Knotty Pine Place. We really appreciate you sharing your positive experience with Carolina Mornings. We were happy to set you up in a new cabin! Sometimes things just aren't quite right, whether it is a barking dog or a cabin that doesn't feel perfect. We were really glad that you contacted us to let us know what you needed and happy to oblige.
We'd also like to let you know that the owners of Little Knotty Pine Place started providing drinking water in the cabins for their guests and have now installed an iron filter. No more metallic or discolored iron water!
We also haven't experienced any new complaints about the neighbor's dogs barking and we're wondering if the barking was due to certain circumstances. We have no way to know, but we'll be on alert for any complaints.
Again, thanks so much for calling us when you were experiencing problems and allowing us to fix them for you. We look forward to serving you again!
