| We had a great time, the unit was very comfortable and nicely decorated. The management company was also very helpful and professional. Overall our experience was great. We would definitely come back and plan to soon. |

Great Location, Needs a little updating... |

The location is perfect! Nice and quiet beachfront with a great pool...
We had a couple of issues though... The dishwasher, fridge and washer-dryer combo all could be replaced. They are close to their last legs... The kitchen is stocked with the bare necessities... Some drinking glasses would be nice (instead of drinking out of plastic ones).
Also, the pool wasn't cleaned regularly which we noticed a little more this stay since we were at Casa De Playa for 2 weeks (verus 1 week in 2007).
We stayed in late August and will not be coming down at this time of year again... (We narrowly missed Hurricane Fay and left just before Hurricane Gustav came up the gulf...)
Indian Rocks is a great place! We will be back to visit the area soon!

| We really enjoyed our stay in Indian Rocks beach at this beach front condo. The condo is really good size (the kitchen is bigger than my own!) Big balcony to sit out on and just watch the surf come in! It was clean and well kept. Had some great seafood at Guppy's restaurant just down the street. Worth the long drive, considering we drove all the way from St. Louis! |

| The staff at the rental office was friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately, the unit needed much work and was not as clean as the other units my family rented. All together we rented 4 units and our was not up to par with the other units. Their was black mold in the main bathroom, in several areas, as well as on the water dispenser on the refrigerator. The loveseat in the family room was broken and when my elderly mother sat on the rattan chair, it broke. It was already broken when we got there. We told your staff and showed them pictures but nothing was done to compensate our stay, not even an apology. |
