| My family stayed at Casa De Playa in July for one week and had a fabulous time! My kids (5 year old twin girls) nevere wanted to leave. Even my 75 year old mom was in heaven. Everything that you could wish for was at the condo. The kitchen was lovely and the beds to die for!The pool and beach area were clean and great. Severl restaurants were within walking distance. We love morning coffee on the deck and evening cocktails at sunset were a great way to end the day! |

| Bob and I were staying at a place in Madiera Beach. It was a little noisy there because of traffic. We drove north and noticed Casa de Playa. The housekeeper was nearby and asked us if we wanted to see a unit. We saw 209 and decided that we would rent it for the following February (2008). Although we had to leave prematurely because of illness in the family, we enjoyed the time we were there. Also, the location is great as far as grocery shopping and restaurants. The unit is well supplied with nice appliances (small and large) and utensils. The linens are more than adequate as far as quality and number. On the critical side, the tile floor needed a good mopping, as our feet and socks were black from walking on it. Also, the sofa was not comfortable because the cushions kept sliding toward the floor. If I had decorated the unit, I would have made it more family friendly (no bar and stools) and added additional comfortable seating. However, the pros outnumber the cons, by far! We look forward to returning in 2009. |
