| The condo was wonderful. This was a well kept condo with a beautiful view. The area is very private and my family had a wonderful time. The only complaint I had was the pool closes too early. Everything else was great! |

We spent 7 great days in the spacious accomodations in our beach front unit.Tropical breezes off the gulf made the nights enjoyable and romantic as we relaxed on the gulf view front porch.The pool and hot tub were clean and usually not crowded.As usual the beach provided much entertainment and plenty of wonderful sites.
There is no doubt that we will return here in the very near future.The office management was curtious and always helpful. bob cutter |

We spent a week at Oceanway, unit 304. It was our first time to Indian Rocks Beach. We had a great time. The unit had a lot of space for our family of 6. We really enjoyed the very short walk to the beach from the pool. With younger kids it is very easy to go back and forth.
We enjoyed the unit and would recommend it. The tile floor had some issues, but that was getting fixed. Also, the beds in the unit are not very comfortable. Other than that, we really enjoyed the complex and the area. |

| This was our first trip to the area. This property was nicely decorated, pool was clean and the unit was great. It is a short drive to both Madiera Beach and Clearwater Beach so you are away from the more crowded areas. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for families. |
