| Great Condo, Great Views, Great Ammenities. Staff at 3 Palms Mgt. really nice, very accomodating. Only thing in this unit is the owner should have the master BR carpet cleaned. Great restaurants/ Really enjoyed the unit and the beach is just the best. Great vacation, will definitely go back. Should not allow dogs though, too noisy. |

| My family has stayed at this property 2 years in a row and love it. It is very family friendly---lots of restaurants within walking distance. The beach is clean as well as the condos! We will be staying at this property again for Spring Break 2009! |

Nice decor. Nice pool and hot tub. Nice beach.
The sound proofing in this building is not good at all, the people above us sounded like enormous giants but I'm sure they were just regular sized. It woke us up every morning. I could actually hear them tap their toothbrush on the edge of the sink to get the water off. This was truly the only negative, but kind of a big one depending on who ends up above you.
This unit could use a table and chairs to eat at on the patio like most of the other units have.
