| Hello Bev-Unit 401 at Oceanside is one of our most popular properties. We take great pride in our Housekeeping Dept and staff. Unit 401 has a mexican tile which needs to be steam cleaned from time to time due to nature of this tile. If you are in house and this occurs please phone us and we will have cleaned while you are out. We appreicate your comments. |

| What a wonderful location on the Gulf. The Condo is very very nice with a beautiful view of the Gulf from the balcony. Exceptional amenities in this Condo. Very upscale!! We will certainly come back again. |

We have rented this unit on our last three trips to IRB and have enjoyed
each stay. During the most recent visit, we did experience plumbing
problems with the master bath shower when we arrived but they were
fixed on our day trip to Orlando. Also, the mbr sheets were not as
clean as on previous visits. Overall this is wonderful unit and we would
definitely stay again on future trips. |

We have stayed at Oceanside for many years - several different units all fantastic. Very clean and decorated wonderfully. Just enough room for us all to have our own space. The location is great - restaurants within walking distance and the beach/pool area are great. This unit was a little high-tech for us as it took us forever to figure out how to work the tv/satellite/cable/flat screen/surround sound!!
Overall we LOVE it here and will continue coming back!
