Gulf village 106 is a great reasonably priced place to stay. it has a great beach view overlooking the pool, basically you walk down the stairs take a dozen steps and your feet are in the sand headed to the beach. 2 things i would have loved to have is a porch swing and a more comfortable sleeper sofa. We stayed for 4 nights at Gulf Village 106. You get to park in the shade under the complex. Then you only have one flight of stairs till you get to your door. Just below are the pool and walkway to the beach. Also you have your own balcony patio with 2 tables. A storm door so that you can see out when the hard door is open. The room was carribbean cute!! I loved my stay at Anchor Vacation! We had an awesome view of the ocean and pool. The room was clean and well stocked! I cried when I leaved it was perfect.

Gulf Village 106 fit what my new husband and I were looking for. It was cozy and had all the necessities. Parking was no problem nor was anything inside the condo. Things looked well taken care of and everything worked without a hitch. It is small, but ideal for 2 people who don't want to get away from each other :)

The people at Anchor Vacation Rentals were very easy to work with and were very accommodating to us as well as other guests who came down for our beach wedding.

The room at Gulf Village was very clean. It was nicely decorated, and had everything we needed. It was a little small, but I knew it was. It should not be advertised for 4 people. The Tv, had static on the channels so you could not watch certain channels. Overall the place a fine for my husband and I. I do think the price is a little high for the size of the place, but I would stay again if I could get a discount on the room. More...
