The home was very nice, clean and neatly decorated. My husband and I (along with our 2 kids) were able to enjoy a beach vacation with all the amenities of home. The location was great; the house is located 1 block from the beach and 1 block from Gulf Shores Parkway which gave us the easy access we desired without the high volume of traffic often experienced when staying at a location on the "strip".
There is not one negative thing I can say about our experience. My family and I look forward to visiting Gulf Shores again and will definitely book Jus Coastin II.

The house was great and the location was, too! The house is bigger than it looks and had plenty of space for all 5 of us. It's decorated and maintained very well. We really enjoyed the screened porch and the sunset view.

The only thing missing is an enclosed outside shower.

We will come back.

We absolutely loved Jus Coastin II. From the friendly service we received from the time we picked up the keys to the quick check-out and everything in-between. My kids, who are 11 and 12 really loved the loft (where they slept). All the beds were extremely comfortable and the place was immaculate. Every eveniing we would sit around on the screened in porch. The location was excellent also. It is literally about a 3 minute walk to a very nice beach.

Our only dislike had nothing to do with the rental property and that was the color of the water at the beach. It was not clear or pretty. Even though the beach is beautiful white sand like Pensacola, the water was not nearly as pretty. We drove to Pensacola 2 or our 5 days there to enjoy better beaches. We were told my numerous residents of Gulf Shores that the water color was because of winds from the west which brought in murky water from Mobile Bay. The wind did switch to the east just before we left and the water was getting a little clearer on our last day there.

Beautiful place, perfect location.
Only problem was stairs for my mother who had hip replacement. Absolutely would go again!
