My daughters and I were pleasently surprised with this beautiful condo. Having never stayed at this particular resort (we usually vacation on Captiva) we really didn't know what to expect. The rooms were large, the layout excellent, the Banyon tree outside the lanai provides a beautiful screen from the pool. The kitchen was well-equipped. There were many games and a "beach-read" library came in handy when we ran out. The beach is a short boardwalk away.
The only drawbacks were that the pool was sometimes very busy and so rather noisey but we spent almost all of our time on the beach so it really didn't matter. Most of the guests respected the pool hours. The entrance to the condo was around the back of the building so it was a little inconvenient. All in all, however, were we to stay on Sanibel again, I would not hesitate to rent this unit. It was lovely! |
