| This condo was absolutely perfect! The location was very nice. The kids all fit comfortably-we loved the loft. The beach is beautiful and bike trails everywhere. We could not have had more fun! Hope to be back next time the kids have some time off from school. :) |

| This past summer was my 25th year vacationing in Sanibel. It is a family tradition and we have always been pleased with every Coquina Beach rental. I prefer this property due to the smaller complex and the ease of getting the pool and beach items down for a family of six. There are no long walks to the beach or pool and the property is very well maintained and conveniently located to all the island has to offer. This particular unit was very clean and comfortable. The loft is a great bonus and the unit provides the room and amenities of your own home yet maintains the vacation feel with it's tropical decor. We will grab this unit next year too. Renting through Sanibel Accommodations was also a pleasure and I highly recommend them. |

| A very nice property! When we arrived everything was in order; the unit was spotless. The kitchen was well equipped. The beach was a very short walk; heated pool was wonderful! The loft was a real treat. The grandchildren had a fine time and so did we! We hope to return next year! |
