This was the second time we have stayed in the same condo. It is my kids
favorite place to go in the world. The service is wonderful and they take care of
everything. I highly recommend it. We'll be back soon.. |

A great place for fun in the sun |

| When I spoke to the owner of Pointe Santo D24, he indicated that all we needed to bring with us were our bathing suits and beach towells. Surprisingly, this was no exageration. The kitchen is well stocked (minus food of course) with any cooking/entertaining item you would need, there were boogie boards, beach chairs, sand toys, shelling equiment, 2 adult bikes,as well as board games and puzzles to work on in the evening. The rental office that manages this unit is very responsive to any problems that may occur. Our coffee pot went on the blink one morning and within 30 minutes, we had a new coffee pot. This unit is on the 2nd floor and you can see the ocean from the balcony. As a person who reads reviews before I make a decision, I'd like to let people know that the units on the first floor and the top floor, in my opinion, would be better units. The 1st floor units allow you to walk right off the patio onto the grass which makes it great if you are using the gas grills and you can use the grass area right outside your patio as additional visiting space. The top floor units have a roof top patio, which again gives you that extra living/entertaining space and wow what a way to spend an evening drinking a glass of wine and looking up at the stars. The pool for this resort is ridiculously small for the size of resort and during spring break becomes a big problem. The lounge chairs at the beach for this resort are cabled together which does not allow you to move them any further onto the beach and they are kept at the grass line under the palm trees. Great if you want to stay in the shade but for some of us it would be nice to move them closer to the ocean and into the sun. There were plenty of activities for the kids and for the most part the resort was great -- crowded but what do you expect during Spring Break! |

| The owner was very good to work with; very responsive to all of our questions. Place was nicely laid out and QUIET. Only criticism: Management company shouldn't be so cheap about providing such limited amounts of laundry/dishwashing detergent. It wasn't enough for the week so we had to purchase more. Beach is very nice except I couldn't get over my fear of the stingrays. The shelling was addicting. It was lovely to see the porpoises/dolphins. Our neighbors were great (they own the unit unit next to the one we rented). We will definitely return. |

| We love Pointe Santo as a great place to go with teenagers. The volleyball is great and the pool is well-maintained and pretty. This unit was very nice and the view was great. We enjoyed our time immensely. |

| Beautiful weather, abundant wildlife and a laid back atmosphere made for a great vacation trip! This was the first time we ever saw manatees in the Gulf. There were leaping dolphins and otters and even an iquana by the lagoon. This combined with 88 degree, low humidity weather, and beautiful accommodations made for a terrific stay. |
