E46 was beautiful, comfortable, and well appointed. The sun roof was a nice
bonus. I would certainly recommend it and would love to stay there again. |

| My wife and I stayed at this condo building (E42)on our Honeymoon 6 years ago, and we came back to celebrate again. We love Sanibel, and look forward to returning. The facility is great, and Sanibel Accommodations was very helpful. |

Nice unit but needs to be cleaner |

| We are yearly visitors to Sanibel Island and have been to Pointe Santo before. The grounds are always beautiful and relaxing although many things such as elevators, hallway carpets and doors on units need updating now, I still recommend this resort. The unit itself was large and well equiped with towels, dishes, beach chairs etc. The view was gorgeous. However, we were so disappointed with the level of clean when we walked in. The area rugs, pillow shams, carpet and lanai furniture all with stains! Food stuck to carpet. Crumbs left in fridge and cabinets and dirty windows. I know cleaning services had been through but the unit felt used and gross. Also, the quality of the pillows and linens was unfortunate, exactly the kind you get when you are in an old-fashioned hospital. They looked WELL USED! Those things kept us from feeling comfortable and at those prices I don't think it's right that they skimp on the cleanliness and the linens. |

Want to rent a month next year |

We had some cleanliness issues when we arrived - glasses, dishes and serveware that had not been washed, but were put away in the cabinet - probably by a previous renter.
We called the rental agent who sent someone over immediately to take care of this.
The remainder of our stay was delightful - so much so that we plan to rent for a month at Sanibel next year.
