A bit of paradise |

This was our first visit to Sanibel and won't be the last. The island is beautiful full of lush vegetation and wildlife. There is a number of wonderful restaurants with various cusines and options for all meals from breakfast through dinner. For shopping lovers, we found a variety of wonderful gift and clothing shops, art galleries, and a quaint antique shop.
A sizable portion of the island is a nature preserve and I would highly recommend the tour. The sunsets are free and quite lovely.
This condo is located a few yards off the beach with a view of the gulf. You can sit in the lanai enjoying a cup of coffee and see the dolphins playing in the morning. You can also keep an eye on your children swimming in the pool directly below you. The decor is bright and "beachy". The kitchen and bathrooms have been updated with tile floors and granite. Very comfortable bedroom sizes including a walk in closet in the master suite. The full wall of mirrors in the den provides a beautiful reflection of the gulf. We had a party of 6 and moved around quite comfortably. This is a 3rd floor condo. There are elevators located in the covered parking area. They provide a place to park and lock your bike and there are a few grocery carts to help contain your luggage and food you may need to haul upstairs.
There is a washer/dryer combo that we used to keep our towels in supply. I would recommend bringing beach towels, plenty of sunscreen, bug repellant (for the "no see ums" that may find you in the lanai) and I believe you will find your bit of paradise as well.

Beautifully appointed and tastefully decorated property with lovely views out across the pool to the sea. Quality of furnishings and little exras such as large scented candles added to the ambience. Late afternoon and evening sunshine on the balcony was just perfect and if you were'nt out on the beach the sunset made for a relaxing end to the day.
We would have liked a hair drier and a kettle to have been provided in the apartment, and beach chairs and parasol would have been welcome additions for use on the beach. |

| This condo is a dream come true. The view of the beach is spectacular from the spacious patio and can be seen from both the balcony and living room. You are as close to the beach as you can get short of pitching a tent in the sand. The furnishings are new and attractive, with a true Florida feel. Beds are most comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. You are minutes away from the heart of all Sanibel has to offer and only a short drive to wonderful Captiva. It's truly a bargain. This unit is defintely on my return list. |
