Great Location! |

| This was a very convenient location for a stay in Sanibel. We had great access to the National Wildlife Refuge, shopping, bike rentals, without feeling like we were "right in town." The condo was lovely, the pool and beach were great. My only concern was that during the last two nights of our stay, someone rented the condo over us, and it was pretty noisy. I'd stay again - especially if I knew we'd have quiet "upstairs." |

In 1985 I saw an ad in Southern Living that said "Let us tuck you in". I was looking for a place to give my husband (and me) a special Xmas gift that year. A week at the beach in Jan. and this ad said it all. It showed a thatched roof cottage with a hammock on the porch. You can imagine my dismay when we drove up to this "concrete jungle" that was to be our home for a week. It was raining, no beach to step out on and, when we walked in, there was a repairman on the floor fixing the dishwaher. I actually cried as I called the realtor. This was not what I had ordered but there was no place else available.
We have just completed our 24th year in this same condo-gone through many decorative changes, through the aftermath of Charley and the "from the studs" remodeling afterwards. We started out with that first one week and have stayed as many as 7 weeks. We plan to return next year for our 25th time.It has a wonderful Florida look and and feel. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need.Instead of the usual folding wall in units of this size, it has a wall giving you a completely separate bedroom. We have had couples visit us as well as our daughter and her 3 girls. The sofa bed is extremely comfortable. There is ample drawer and storage place. We are just a short distance from the beach and the condo pool. There are plenty of beach chairs and an unbrella.
So you see, afterall, we did get "tucked in"
just like the ad said.
Sanibel is a very unique place. The shelling facinating-wonderful shops and so many good places to eat . When you cross over that bridge a feeling of peace comes over us-no traffic lights, no buildings over 4 stories looming overhead, lots and lots of green, beautiful sunrises and sunsets. We feel very blessed to have found it and our "home away from home"-I103 at Sundial.

In 1985 I saw an ad in Southern Living. It was put in there by Priscilla Murphy showing a porch with a hammock and a thatched roof. I called and reserved a condo-thinking it looked like the ad . What a surprise when we arrived at this concrete jungle called Sundial. I cried and tried to change to another place with a gulf front view but there was nothing avaiable. It was raining and there was a dishwasher repairman lying on the floor. I was deeply distressed. We grew to love it in just one week.
We have just finished our 24th year here, many changes decoratively, Huricane Charlie and a deep friendship with the past owners and a new one with the present ones. After Charlie it was taken back to the studs and completely redone.
We started with one week and progressed to seven-now as we are aging we are cutting back but plan to be here for our 25th year in 2010. It has an ambiance that "Speaks Florida" when you walk in. The kitchen has every thing you could possible need. It has a separate bedroom rather than one divided by A folding door-a unique feature.
We have filled it with much fun with our daughter and 3 grandchildren as well as other friends. It truly is a very special place to us where we can come each year and know that we are "home".
Now, we are not allowed the use of Sundial Resort. It is their loss, not ours. You still have a wonderful beach and a lovely pool.
Anybody who is fortunate enough to spend time in this unit is very lucky indeed . |

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at I103 Sundial and would highly recommend it.
My wife and I celebrated our 20th Anniversary and enjoyed the nice, clean, and pleasant atmosphere. The place is equipped with everything you need including a small kitchen a dining area, living room and bedroom. Both the Bedroom and the Living room have full wall windows that show the splendor of Sanibel.
Thanks for the nice place to stay for the week. It's very close proximity to the beachfront.
