Cute house, beautiful lot |

The house was very clean & cozy. The kitchen & bathroom were a bit small but
we managed just fine. The lot is very big & well maintained. Unfortunately the
weather didn't cooperate. The house was also in a very good location with
grocery & other stores were very close. Also just a very short walk to the beach
(2 min) & a really good restaurant. The area was quiet. I would recommend this
property for a couple but it might be a bit tight for more than 2 people. The
fully fenced yard was greatly appreciated as we were concerned about our
dogs getting out of the yard.
Overall, nice place, reasonable price for off season but might be a bit too
much in the peak season.

| We stayed for about 6 weeks while we worked at the power plant. The house was very nice. There were lots and lots of dishes, and cups but I did not find any baking dishes and the shower curtain in the bathroom could be arrainged so as to give you room to wash without the curtain sticking to you. There were also many personal items of the owners. The yard was beautiful and our little dog loved running all around the yard chasing birds and squirrels. On the whole it was a charming little cottage and my husband, our dog and I enjoyed our stay. It was also wonderful having the washer and dryer! |

| We selected this location for our stay because it is pet-friendly with a large yard. With two mini schnauzers, the fenced-in yard came in handy. The house is exactly as pictured, clean and updated, but somewhat “cozy”. It warrants the occupancy limit of four. Any more and you’d be crowded. The outdoor shower came in handy, as the bathroom tub/shower combo is somewhat tight; and one of the mattresses could be replaced. All in all, the home is well kept. The large yard, outdoor patio and grilling area, inviting front porch, and proximity to beaches, canal and town make this location a hidden gem. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent again. Don’t forget to bring your bikes! |

We had a wonderful vacation at 20 Chadwell. This small cottage was very clean and very well-equipped. We especially enjoyed the backyard and the front porch. The cottage is in a good location to take advantage of all the things Sandwich has to offer.
For the two of us and our dog, it was perfect. The cottage, being adorable but small, might be slightly cramped for a larger family.
Overall, a charming bungalow! |
