Awesome cottage, very close to the beach and great location overall. Could not be
happier with our stay in this cottage. Everything was very well taken care of, clean
and well thought through. We can't wait to be back next year. By the way, the glider
was a great addition - we enjoyed having our coffee and wine and just lazing around
on it. |

| This house was neat and clean and close to area beaches and stores. The closest beach was very rocky but nicer beaches were very close by. The house had cable, internet access and central AC, all pluses. The neighborhood was great. I would definitely rent this house again. The only draw back was the bed in the master bedroom was very small. |

Sand Dollar Realty provided a great service, from the start of the booking process through to the end of our stay.
The home was well presented on arrival. It is comfortable with three bedrooms and the central air conditioning was great during the hot days. Wireless internet access was provided and had good speeds (around 20MB download).
The location was ideal for going to the beach (a five minute walk) and travelling to other areas of The Cape. It is best suited for a relaxing holiday combined with sightseeing.
There is a large supermarket within five minutes drive for all household essentials and a good range of nearby restaurants. |

| We were charmed by this holiday rental home (and we have stayed in a few) .We particualrly liked the decor-light and airy and the furnishings , which seemed fairly new as opposed to the general old tat that people like to shove into their second homes (if for rent) in the UK. Lots of storage space , and maps were helpful .The glider in the garden was a great idea too (we don't really have these in the Uk) . It was good to be near a restaurant without having to get into the car, and the mall was within walking distance . The neighbourhood was pleasant too-quiet but occupied. (Sea a bit cold-even by British standards!!) |

| The house was nice and "surface" clean. It may have needed a little more cleaning before we arrived (coffee pot dirty, blinds and corners dusty). But overall the place was nice. It was recently remodeled and the rooms were bright and cheery and nicely decorated. The outside swing was great for the family to hang out on. Lots of room for a family of 4. |
