| Number 86 Town Neck met every expectation of a vacation we had. The house was spotless when we arrived. The kitchen had every appliance you could possibly need during your stay. The tiled kitchen had a table if you wanted your young children to sit there for meals. The beach was in view of the house however, it is very rocky. I loved that this house had 3 bathrooms and a washer and dryer. |

| Excellent vacation home for families. We couldn't believe how BIG this house was! With a dining room, full kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms this is the place to rent - there's plenty of room for everyone. The master bath was a plus also! It's so close to the beach that if you're tired, just pack up the kids and walk back to the house - a 3 minute walk at most. The only thing that would have been nice to know is that there are fans in the house. We packed two and it would have been nice to leave them behind. The house was spotless when we arrived, and my two older children joined us with their families and there was plenty of room for everyone. The room off the living room with the pull out couch meant everyone had a bed to sleep in and we weren't tripping all over each other. I would recommend this to anyone! |

2 adults and 5 children, plenty of room, great to have washer/dryer and 2 full baths.
Back yard good for bbq, however, fallen apples made playing in back yard difficult.
Near by beach wonderful for searching tide pools, bring your sand shoes lots of rocks.
House is immaculate and pretty well equipped.
Would rent again.
Price reasonable.
Close to other beaches, town board walk
Minor issues:
master bed uncomfortable
need updated tv in master with cable (with 5 kids need 2 tvs)
couldn't find the broom
no extra trash bags onsite.
