First floor has a bedroom and bath w/walk in shower. 2nd floor has two bedrooms. Two living areas make this the perfect home away from home with the beach just steps away!! Pets are allowed.

| We rented this superb house for one week in August 2008. It's very well located just across the street from the beach. The house was very clean and comfortable. Our three children were very imprest to be so near the canal were huge boats were passing. We highly recommend this "Cape Cod Style" house. |

| Beautiful home looks like new inside and out. Only has one living room not 2 as in the description. The phone was shut off so DSL was not available. The beach is part of the canal so there was very little sand and a lot of rocks which made using the beach difficult. Lot of things to do in the area. |

| Bonnie, we appologize for the 2 livingrooms on the listing. Before the recent remodel, there was a second livingroom upstairs that they have now incorporated into the new bedrooms. The listing sheet had not been fixed to include the change. There is also another beach at the end of the road with a boardwalk and less rocks if you stay in the Town Neck area again.
