| The ants were a problem that are well known to the owners and there were various small things that need maintenance, such as some of the window winders do not work and some of the blinds neede some maintenance. Having said that, we realy enjoyed our stay there because of its close access to the beach and view over the wetlands |

I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into this cottage. It was immaculate and nicely laid out, and a bit larger than I anticipated. The view of the salt marsh from the deck was beautiful and relaxing. The beach is just steps away across the road. Friendly shops and restaurants are close by and helped to pass the time on the rainy days.
My security deposit was returned from Sand Dollar Realty within days after I got home, which was another nice surprise. |

| We loved our little cottage right across the street from the beautiful East Sandwich beach. The cottage was clean and well maintained. The photos really don't do it justice, we were pleasantly surprised. The deck was perfect for enjoying morning coffee and afternoon cocktails, lots of birds to watch. Small but comfortable for three. Great area for families with all of the amenities without all of the crowds of mid-cape. We loved it and we'll be back for sure. |

| The cottage was impecable. Had a great location. Was just the right size for me and my two young boys. We could sit back and relax or do the touristy thing. I only wish there had been an outdoor shower, but the hose worked well enough! We did have to figure out for ourselves how to get to the beach. Everyone in the "neighborhood" was friendly. My boys said it was "kind of like camping, but way better". We had a great time and plan on returning next year. |
