Tastfully decorated and comfortably furnished this cottage guarantees a great week on the Cape. Enjoy the low tides that East Sandwich Beach is known for. Private pathway used by the association to access your place in the sun just 50 feet from your door. Enjoy the picnic table outside for cooking out and watching the sunset.

Our family truly enjoyed our stay at Beachland I! The cottage is very open with lots of natural light and ocean breezes. We hardly had to turn on the lights or close the windows. The cottage had everything we needed except rugs and a lobster pot. Rugs for wiping sand off our feet and lobster pot for feasting. We enjoyed the beach for relaxing, fishing, campfires, hunting for sand dollars and starfish. We found 25 sand dollars and 10 starfish. We'll definitely be coming back again!

| We had a fantastic stay - the cottage is adorable, very up-to-date and the path to the beach is just steps away. It was the perfect size and location for my husband, toddler and I. We loved East Sandwich beach - it's a large beautiful beach with crystal clear water (not crowded), and we especially liked the low-tides twice a day - our daughter loved looking for snails and starfish. The town is not crowded like others that we visited - we will definitely be vacationing at East Sandwich beach again. |

Cute Cottage |

| This Cottage pretty much had everything we needed and was very clean upon our arrival. It is right off the beach which is very convienant. The outdoor shower was nice for rinsing off after going to the beach. Pans in cottage could be replaced, some are very old and most food sticks to them. Overall we had a great experiance and would love to come back someday. |

A perfect place to relax |

| My family has stayed in Beachland I for about four years. A few years ago it was completely renovated and the owners did a wonderful job. The cottage is small but the space is used wisely. The back bedroom has queen size bed and lots of room to move around. The front bedroom is seperated from the living room by large bifold doors. This means that during the day the bed is put back into a day bed and your living space is almost doubled. My only complaint this year (and it is easily fixable) is that the mattresses on the daybed need to be replaced. My husband and I tried to sleep there the first night and I could feel every support slat thru the mattress. We made the kids sleep there after that! The kitchen is very nicely equipped. I have yet to reach for something that is not there. Best of all is the location to the beach. A few steps and you are looking at beach. Easy to run back to the cottage if one of the kids has to go to the bathroom or to grab lunch. The beach is not crowded and low tide is amazing. My kids found about twenty starfish within the first hour of being on the beach. The neighbors in the other Beachlands are typically also repeat renters. They are friendly and personable. Last year we thought we would not be returning this year due to a family trip to Disney World. Our children informed us they would rather skip Disney and return to Beachland I. And so we did and we will again next year. |
