Brand New for 2008-large waterside covered screen room with high ceilings and views of the water. Excellent location for families or a romantic get a way. Use of washer/dryer in basement new for 09.

| The cottage was everything we could have hoped for, and having the beach as our backyard for a week was awsome! Nothing like having coffee in the morning and listening to the ocean on the beautiful screened in porch. The convenience of having a washer and dryed available made doing laundry on vacation almost enjoyable. The Town of Sandwich is quaint and "pretty fun", according to the boys ( 13& 11). |

| We had a lovely time at this cottage. My 2 year old daughter cried when our week was up and she still asks to go to the beach cottage. The screened porch was our favorite and if only the weather cooperated it would have been perfect. The only downside was that my husband found the mattresses to be too hard for him. But otherwise it's been the nicest cottage we've ever stayed in. Highly recommend walking about 10 minutes to the left on the beach towards the rocks where the kids can go crabbing. We caught and released 6 crabs in two days. |

Sand Dollar Realty is the best place to find the right vacation spot. Maureen was so helpful with everything. I appreciated reminders of payments due, arrival instructions, etc. And when we couldn't find a lobster pot, she was on our doorstep with one! Oceanside #1 was absolutely charming; with a wonderful screened in porch and lovely furnishings. Loved it!
We've been coming to E Sandwich beach for 26 years, have stayed in about 6 different places on N Shore Blvd. Wouldn't go any place else! We like the quiet beach, the sand bar, and daily trips to Joe's Lobster Mart. Add music and a few good books, and you have a perfect vacation!
The only thing I would ask for is a little more sunshine!

| We stayed for 6 nights and could have easily stayed for more! The cottage was just the right size for 2 couples or a small family. The decor was straight out of a magazine. |

No water view |

Great house, very clean and comfortable. Well decorated! Great Location.
However, I was expecting to be able to enjoy a water view but there was a big sand dune in the way. The only way to see the water was on tip toes. This was very disappointing as I had other options that would have provided waterview.

This was our first visit to Sandwich and our first house "on the beach".
The beach house was perfect for our family of three. The very best
part of the house was the screened in porch. We ate dinner there
every night and sat and listened to the sounds of the water.
This is a beautiful house and very cozy and comfortable. We would
definitely think about coming back for another visit.
Thank you for sharing this great beach house with us.
