It features an open floor plan with cathedral ceilings and skylights. It also has a nice Great room with HDTV with slider that opens to large private deck overlooking conservation land. There is a large loft bedroom with new king bed, 1/2 bath, Color TV and skylights with shades. The kitchen has been updated with stainless steel kitchen appliances and a new side by side refrigerator. Parents and kids love the Game room on the lower level that is equipped with a ping-pong table and slider to patio with an new outside shower to rinse off after the beach. 7/10 mile to Nantucket Sound Beach; 1 Mile to Cape Cod Bike Trail. *NO SMOKING! Pet Friendly. Ask about special "off season" pricing.

We have rented this home for several years, and are happy to return.
The owners have maintained the property very well, and have replaced furnishings regularly to keep things in good shape.
It has plenty of room for our family, and has a bit extra sleeping in the play room in the basement.
Our main issues from this years rental are these:
1. significant mold in air conditioners
2. inadequate lighting esp. in living room
3. LR sofa is long on the tooth, and needs replacement.
4. need shades on kitchen and dining room skylights for afternoon sun. |
