Off Season Rates for $995 per week or $150 per night. This home is in a central location on Route 28 within an easy walk to Downtown Dennsiport, close to Belmont Road Beach (.9) and the bike trail. Easy walk to Friendly's, Noble House, Domino's Pizza, and a convenience store with great sandwiches after your swim at the beach or the built in pool in the back yard. A big back yard for lawn games, badminton, etc. This home is great for a family. One Queen bedroom, a twin bedroom that can be converted to a king, and a big kids room that can sleep six. A/C units in 2 of the bedrooms, the dining area and the office.

The house we rented on 28 in West Harwich was amazing. It is
located on the main strip in Harwich walking distance to
resteruants, bars and of course the beach. The house is very
spacious and the pool is and added plus. This is a great place
for a large family or a group of young singles to rent. |

| We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was centrally located for all activities on the Cape. It is near a number of nice beaches. The inground pool was definitely a bonus, we all enjoyed it very much. It was everything we had hoped it would be. We will probably rent it again the next time we come to the Cape. |

| About 50 of my friends headed up to Cape Cod for a friend's wedding the first weekend of August. All I can say is our place blew all the houses everyone else rented OUT OF THE WATER! Plenty of space, nice kitchen, swimming pool, and really nice property just minutes from the beach. A total of 8 of us stayed in the house and we all had comfortable sleeping situations. Highly recommended! |
