| WE HAD COME TO THE BEACH FOR MY DAUGHTERS WEDDING ON THE 4TH OF JULY. I CHOSE TWO UNITS AT THE SANTA MARIA COMPLEX TO BE CLOSE TO THE RECEPTION. UNIT 404 WAS A GREAT UNIT. IT WAS CLEAN, SPACIOUS, COMFORTABLE WITH EVERYTHING YOU WOULD NEED BEING AWAY FROM HOME. MY FAMILY MEMBERS WHO STAYED THERE COULD NOT BE MORE SATISFIED. THE GROUNDS AND THE POOL AREA WERE SPOTLESS. THE COMPLEX WHILE LOCATED OFF THE BEACH WAS CONVIENTLY LOCATED TO EVERYTHING YOU COULD NEED. EASY ACCESS TO SHOPPING, RETAIL STORES AND RESTAURANTS. BEING A CONDO OWNER IN MYRTLE BEACH, I RECOGNIZE AND APPRECIATE QUALITY AND VALUE. |

This is a nice, fully equipped top floor unit. The kitchen has everything you would need and a full size washer and dryer (this was really nice). There is good space in the living and dining rooms with a large TV. The two exceptional areas are the lanai (which overlooks the pool) and master suite located upstairs (which has lots of room and a walk-in closet big enough handle anything you can bring to the island).
This unit is on the quiet, southern end of the island, located just across the street and a couple of blocks from the beach. Great unit and location for families, I would stay there again.

| This unit is excellent and great for kids. Great pool and spa. About 500 yard walk to the beach. The only thing we needed was a baby crib but we managed to work around it. I would do it again. |

| My family and I spent a few days in this wonderful condo. It overlooks a pretty swimming pool/barbeque area, but not directly so it is shielded from the noise. The screened balcony was the perfect place to sit and watch the world go by. The split level floor plan afforded my husband and I privacy from our children. The kitchen and laundry room are fully equipped with normal sized appliances. The whole experience was relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable. We certainly plan on returning at the first opportunity I get. The only thing I would like to see is wireless internet access - otherwise it was perfect. |
