We travel all over the world and without a doubt, Kim and Dan's quail run condo is by far the best we have ever stayed in.
It is so well equipped, extremely clean, very well looked after (still looks new). It has more stuff in the kitchen than my own house. The ski locker in gondola square was a bonus and riding the free city bus was convenient.
The beds are comfortable, the entertainment center is amazing. Kim and Dan have thought of everything.
It was a pleasure dealing with Kim when we made our reservation. She checked on us during our stay and everything was smooth from start to end! We'll be back.

Great Condo that is in excellent shape and the only surprises were good ones. My wife is rarely happy with any accommodations and she loved this condo. It was great to be able to use a gas BBQ grill on the deck and we used it a lot but it was close to needing some TLC which I’m sure it’ll get this summer. This was our first time using VRBO / Condos in Steamboat / The Fullers and what a pleasure to deal with, we’ll never go back to those big resorts again - what a great value.

| We are rental property managers on Hatteras Island NC. As such, we instinctively know when a property is well-managed. Kim and Dan's home is EXCEPTIONAL! Attention to detail in taking care of the "little things is extraordinary, no item of information left to chance. This includes a pictorial information book on use of the TV, DVD, and CD Stereo system. Great hosts, and a superb Steamboat experience, have made us multiple repeat guests! |

| We are repeat customers!!!!! Renting from Quail Run Condominiums is the only way to stay in Steamboat. You are staying in a place that all you need to do is arrive, the rest is taken care of for you - well you might pick up a few groceries. From a ski gear locker at the bottom of the hill to the homelike atmosphere - the proprietors are outstanding in customer service. Book early because these sites go fast. |
