Vacation Rental Description
This owner offers a four year old, 3 bedroom, 2 bath, fully furnished townhouse located just minutes away from the ski mountain, right on the free bus route. Quail Run is a quiet private complex grouped into nine condo buildings and ten townhouse buildings. Our townhouse has a view of the ski mountain from the deck and ground floor access to a rear yard play space. The heated garage keeps your skis warm and dry in the winter months. The lower level has two bedrooms, a queen bed in one and twin beds with a walkout sliding glass door in another. This level also has a laundry area with new energy saving washer and dryer, bathroom and an open area for kids, with a love seat and a TV with DVD player and game hookup to entertain. The middle level has a king bed master suite with bathroom and walk-in closet. The upper living area is a bright, open great room with a fireplace, a fully stocked kitchen with brand new appliances, and dining area. The large living area has a
deck that hosts a gas BBQ and a wonderful view of Mount Werner.
You can watch your children play on snow or grass directly below the deck. This townhouse is a homey and relaxing setting for family entertaining in both summer and winter. Children's play equipment and the Quail Run hot tub are ready for your use and enjoyment.

Unit was spectacular and the amenities well beyond what we expected. Spacious, clean, and well stocked. Everything was accommodated as far as our reservations, lift tickets, lockers, payments, checkout, etc. Even got special help when we're snowed in and had to spend an extra day.
Above all, Kim was especially helpful and generous in her attention to details and ensuring we had a memorable ski trip. |

This property was ideal for our family. The location to the bus route was perfect. Quail Run 3 had all the amentities listed which made for a no effort trip for our family. All of the appliances work well and sleeping accomodations were perfect.
In completion for anyone looking for a great priced family property, this is the one. |

| Condo was very clean, convenient and spacious. Great views of the ski mountain. Condos in Steamboat provides fantastic service.. I wouldn't rent from anyone else again! Attention to small details to make our stay comfortable made all the difference. Very short walk to free shuttle stop. Good for families with children. |

We could not have been more pleased with the condo. There were 5 adults and we had plenty of room to spread out.
The skiing conditions were great.
The shuttle service was good, but a closer bus stop would be nice.
The view from the the deck was awesome and we had a great time!
This is the best condo we have ever stayed in and hope to come back again.

Our stay at Quail Run 3 was outstanding. The condo fit our family of five adults and two children perfectly. There was enough space so that the kids could have their own space and the adults could have theirs.
Everything needed was provided. We didn't have to spend lots on the kitchen basics as you have to some places. All of the complimentary items were great too.
The location is close to the free shuttle and easy to find. You are just a short distance from restaurants and shopping.
We really felt at home, and, of course, the skiing was outstanding! |
