Our favorite summer vacation destination!

We just ended our latest of many vacations in Steamboat Springs. It was our second year to stay at Waterstone. This place is fabulous!It's spacious and beautifully decorated. We feel at home when we stay here. Every detail has been thought of. It's perfect for our family of 6. The kids love "their" bedrooms (with private baths), and especially enjoy having the swimming pool right outside the front door of our unit. Nearby shopping (even Walmart, City Market and Blockbuster!), dining and activities are extremely convenient.

This property is more pricey than some, but you definitely get what you pay for. Well worth the extra expense.

Kim Filler is the best! Once you've become accustomed to her management of the details, no one else will do!

Great for inviting guests but still maintaining privacy!

We rented through Kin & Dan Filler, Condos in Steamboat. We have used their agency for about 10 years now and do not even call anyone else because they only have great units with lots of extras. We should know, we've probably tried 1/2 their properties and loved them all. Waterstone is great for having guests as the split level design/bedrooms let's you all have your privacy and then get together on your own schedule in main living area. If someone wants to sleep in, they can! Also location is convenient to everything. This condo, or any that Kim & Dan represent will make you happy! More...
