Welcome to "Bonita Vista." The name of the complex says it all. Undoubtedly, the most spectacular view of our valley you will ever see. Situated perfectly for skiing, biking & other activities, this Yampa View Condo will provide for your every need and grant you the ultimate vacation experience. After a hard day on the slopes or mountain bike riding you have several choices when it comes to relaxing. There are two hot tubs just steps from the unit, or curl up on the over-sized chair in front of the 43" flat screen TV with surround sound for a good movie or sit out on the deck with a glass of wine and watch one of Colorado's famous sunsets. This is not your ordinary rental condo. Fully equipped with things you don't expect, like the owners fly fishing equipment & his special secret box of flies, movies, CD's, DVD library, games & art work like no other condo you've ever stayed in. The easiest part of your vacation planning is choosing to stay in this condo, the hardest part of your vacation will be deciding whether to play or relax!

| Everything was in very nice condition with little extras like spices and condiments in the kitchen. Owners go out of their way to make condo comfortable and homey with access to fly fishing equipment, nice selection of movies for children and adults. View is spectacular with nice rocking bench on balcony to enjoy it from. |

| Our family stayed in this unit in March 08 and the unit was excellent. The interior was nice and fully furnished. The view was spectacular with a gas grill for cooking out. The kitchen and den area were fine for our family with plenty of room and was fully furnished. The rental manager of the property was also excellent and helped with lift passes and set us up with whatever we needed for stay. Would stay there again without hesitation. The shuttle bus came to parking lot which was at same level as entrance to unit. Easy to use if skiing for week or a few days. |

This condo is as advertised. The shuttle system is very effective. You call the shuttle and they pick you up at your door or wherever you are at the base or town. The keys are in a lock box at the condo so you don't have to go to an office first to get them.
We were four guys in our forties. This condo was perfect for us. It would work just as well for a family of four or five.
Condos-in-Steamboat provided many extra amenities that other providers do not. A couple bottles of wine and a very thoughtful bag of goodies for each guest. (The Advil PM was especially helpful)
If we go back to Steamboat we will definitely book through Condos-in-Steamboat. |
