This Mediterranean style gated community is only 12 minutes from the Walt Disney World Attractions. Wonderful Disney Vacation |

We just spent a wonderful week at the Davenpot, FL three bedroon house with pool and had a wonderful time. This is
the first time that we stayed in a vacation rental home instead of a hotel -- and it was perfect.
The house was spotless with clean linens on the beds and plenty of towels. It has a washer and dryer and a full kitchen with a good complement of cooking utensils for you to use. We cooked all of our meals at the property since it was difficult to make reservations at the theme park.
The house is close to Disney and shopping is on the way to and from the theme park. A personnal car is definetly nescesary.
We planned on a late arrival. When we arrived, the agent was just closing up shop, our paperwork and keys were ready for our arrival. Everything was in order when we arrived, and we were pleased to learn that the pictures online matched the home. It's actually nicer than the pictures!
We would definitely recommend this house - especially if you're bringing kids and want to spend some of your vacation at your home away from home. The personal pool was clean and wonderful; it was so nice just to be able to walk out the door and relax in your own pool. There were plenty of towels so you could enjoy the water as much as you like. Enjoy. |

With the July heat,thank God for the pool! This was a very nice house for my family and we enjoyed our 12 nights there. Quiet community close to grocery stores. I will reccomend this home to our friends.
A few ideas though.
1. Need vaccuum bags. We tried to clean up every few days but discovered the whole vaccuum right to the nozzle was plugged with dust! I spent one hour cleaning out the hose.
2. We were there almost two weeks and the pool which we used very often was not cleaned during our stay.
3. The phone kept ringing almost daily even though we didn't subscribe to use it.
4. The front desk staff at AVH were not familar with the Orlando area and did not remind me to save on tickets by purchasing them there, even though I asked directions to the attraction. ( I read the brochure in the Airport on the way home!) Maybe suggest a phone call after a few days to check and see if everything OK.
Overall positive experience and will rent again in future.

| Our first time vacationing in Florida turned out to be the best vacation our family has ever had largely due to the stay at Advantage Vacation Homes. I kind of want to keep to ourselves though, because if the secret of the low cost and awesome pool home gets out, it might not be as easy to rent it next time. We were 20 minutes close to all the attractions, the kids had a private heated pool to swim in when we weren't being total tourists, the staff at Advantage were helpful and friendly, we had all the comforts of home... (full kitchen, washer and dryer, 2 bathrooms,3 bedrooms, cable TV, gated community safeness.) We couldn't ask for anything else and we wouldn't stay anywhere else if we ever went back to Florida. (We live 30 minutes from Anahiem so I'm pretty sure that was a once in a lifetime trip. IF you know what I mean. So, 2 big thumbs up here!!!! |

| The house was great it had a screened in pool and it was in a gated community but as soon as we went to sleep the beds were old and rock hard we had to take the couch pillows of and sleep on the floor. |
