| The home looked beautiful upon arrival but after a few days the warts started to show. First, the house was very dusty, about half an inch of dust on the ceiling fans and light fixtures. The sliding doors were very hard to open and lock which we had to call to get one unstuck. There was also alarms on the doors that did not work and no other child safety locks for the doors leading to the pool. Then there was the bugs. Water bugs and centipedes in the master bedroom and bath. Huge red ant problem outside around the pool, leading in through a side wall to the laundry room and they spread out from there. After we called maintanance about the patio door, they also fixed a broken screen on the lanai and removed a broken piece of patio furniture which they did not replace. When the bug issue was addressed we were told that he could not do anything about that. And last but not least the central air conditioner broke on our last night. The on call person was not really helpful or sympathetic and quite rude. They could not fix the air conditioner and brought us one portable unit that they acted like it should be a suitable replacement when the repairman told us it would not cool the whole house. We checked out early, leaving that night. We would not rent again with advantage. |

| We truly enjoyed our stay at the Windsor Palms Vacation Home resort. The home was very nice and we felt as if we were at home. The home was centrally located near Disney World and other places for shopping. We had a wonderful time. We plan to return every year. |

| We loved staying at this house and it exceeded our expectations. It was close to everything in the area and having a clubhouse within one block with a pool, convenience store, internet access, tennis and a hot tub made it even more special. The house itself was clean, well furnished and well-stocked with linens and kitchen utensils. We loved that it was a gated community and felt safe our whole stay. |

| At the end of april me and my family stayed at this wonderful house for one week. Daytime we were visiting the Disney-parks and in the afternoons/evenings we were enjoying life at the pool, mixing drinks with ice from the ice-machine and two evenings my eldest son made dinner and I heard him say: I wish I had all this kitchen-equipment at home. This luxorious house have everything you possibly could need and more.I can highly recommend this property to anyone who likes a relaxing life and quiet surroundings and still to be very close to all the Orlando-attractions. |

This is a beautiful vacation home. We took the extended family (me, wife, 2 kids, uncle, grandpa and grandma and everyone enjoyed the stay. The kitchen is great and allowed us to save major $$$$ by eating a couple of meals a day at the house. The pool is great and feels awesome after spending hours in the sun at Disney. My two boys loved the pool. The house had has four bedrooms (two masters both on main floor) and 3 1/2 baths so everyone had plenty of room to relax. The washer and dryer in the house were great so we packed light and did laundry each day so luggage was simple. The gated community gives a real sense of security and it is very quiet and relaxing to stay here. You are about 4 miles from being on Disney property and getting to the parks takes less than 15 minutes (shorter amount of time than waiting for a bus at Disney).
The only downside of the trip was that our flight arrived very late and we had late check-in. The directions from the main office to the house were not correct, so we did spend about an hour driving around looking for the entrance to the Windsor Palms, and might not have found the entrance except we woke up my kids godfather who works for Disney to help us find the house. The staff assured me that this glitch would be fixed.
Other than that minor problem everyone loved staying at this house. We will stay here again if this unit is available. I would recommend the unit to anyone, especially is traveling with a larger group.
