Our family always uses Advantage Vacation Homes when we travel to Florida, usually we request a home with a private pool but this visit decided to go with a condo.We're glad we did, this condo was beautiful, had everything we needed PLUS! The pool was clean, big , FUN! We were close to Disney, Sea World and shopping. We were in Orlando during Tropical Storm Fay and management was well prepared if it changed to a hurricane.
The condo was in a gated community so we felt safe walking to the pool at night and I felt safe letting the kids walk alone.
The condo itself was decorated in blue/white, beach theme! Lots of towels, soap, shampoo, dishes, microwave, dishwasher , washer and dryer!
This property is great for families and my family will stay here again and again. My kids even said they would rather stay at the condo instead of a private pool home. |

| We just returned from our stay at Windsor Hills and had a very enjoyable week. The complex is located near all the hot spots. The unit was very clean upon our arrival. We did call to notify the front desk about a loose head board and door knob (we didn't want them to think we did it). They had someone there within a couple of hours and fixed the problems. |

Rented a 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo for the price of a decent hotel room. Great place for a family. Condo was only a few minutes drive from the Disney parks, but the rental office was about 5 miles further. Nice clubhouse & pool. No internet access, but condo office will print boarding passes for a small fee. No pool towels, so bring your own if you want to save bath towels for showers.
Be sure to get the damage waiver because the poor quality shower door can easily shatter. |

We found the resort and our condo to be great!! It was very clean, close to the amazing pool and only a short distance from all the Orlando attraction.
We would suggest that the welcome package be expanded to include things like what to do with your trash and recycling. (did not appear to be anywhere to recycle anything) give a map of the local area outlining the grocery stores, pharmacy's and liquior stores etc. It would also be helpful if there were some directions as to how to get an entrance and pool pass etc.
Other than that I would stay here again in a heart beat.

The amenities at this property were AMAZING!!! HUGE pool w/slide, nice hot tub, movie theatre, community park, convenience store & small game room. Maticulously maintained grounds and a safe gaurded entry. If you are going to Disney, I would strongly consider staying here. It was a fraction of the cost and was so close to all Orlando attractions. I would never pay to stay in a hotel again. This was an EXCELLENT value!
The only negative things about this property were the poor matress on the master bed (I can sleep on anything, but that was bad) and the unit itself I would have expected to be cleaner. The carpet along the baseboards hadn't been vaccuumed in awhile (I did it because I couldn't stand it) and the unit needed a few maintenence things like new caulking in the bathroom. These were very minor things and I would definitely stay here again!!! |
