The Hillsider Complex is located on Apres Ski Way less than 1/2 mile from the Gondola

You can either walk across the street or hop on the free shuttle and you are at the Gondola in minutes
After a long day of playing on the mountain relax in the hot tub located just outside the front entry
Enjoy the evening in the great room with large gourmet kitchens that a fully equipped with full size refrigerators, microwaves and dishwasher. All the amenities of home and the ability to prepare those great family dinners.
Telephone is provided for local calls, you will need a calling card for long distance calls
FAX service available
Baby "Pac N Play", Monitor, and other accessories available upon request

This was our first visit to Colorado and the place was perfect for two families with kids. It was clean and well stocked with household items. The pool was small but filled it's purpose during the summer time. The surroundings had good open space for kids to play. It is close to shops, restaurants, movie theater and many other attractions. We had a great time here.
There are two parking lots for the facility, the first parking lot is rather small and on a first come basis. We didn't know about this until our second to last day. |

| We were attending a wedding & had my Mother-in-law plus my husband, myself, daughter & her 4 year old son. The layout worked very well for us, especially having a bedroom on the main floor for my Mother-in-law who isn't that "mobile" anymore. Having the pool & hot tub almost at the front door was also a big plus.The condo was exceptionally well equiped & the Spiros quick response when we locked the key inside the condo was greatly appreciated. |

| What can I say but this was an excellent location. From the planning stages Suzie at Colorado Mountain Rentals was excellent. She made sure that we had everything that we needed. The Hillsider was great for our family 4 adults and 2 teenagers. Very comfortable and great walking distance from the slopes. Shuttle was outside the condo on the street. Will definetly work with Suzie next ski vacation and hopefully the Hillsider will be available. |

| This condo was a great place for us to stay for our Steamboat ski vacation! Very well equipped with everything we needed. I would recommend that you rent the locker on the mountain so you don't have to carry skis back and forth every day, we loved having the locker up there. |
