| We were expecting the photos to be better than the reality but we weren't disappointed! We loved everything about the house, especially the fantastic sea views and the very tastefully decorated rooms. The location was perfect for early morning strolls along the beach. Relaxing in the spa after a lazy day at the beach, was a perfect way to finish off the day! We will definitely be returning! |

My husband and I and another couple rented this vacation home for a week. The home was very nicely furnished and very comfortable for four people. The weather was not warm enough to use the hot tub at the beginning of our stay and when we went to use it later in the week it did not work and we were told they could not repair it prior to our leaving.
Additionally, the house is for sale and was being shown while we were there. The rental agent gave us 24 hours' notice and said someone would be looking at this home at 6 pm. We said we had no problem showing the house but 6 pm was really difficult as we would be getting ready for dinner at that time. The agent that gave us this time clearly did not care and was quite arrogant. The house was shown at 6 pm. When we talked to the broker selling the home about the time he said he would have gladly come earlier but no one contacted him asking that he change the time.

| We had a wonderful stay at this location. The house was immaculate and it had everything we needed for a great vacation. A very nice pool and spa and best of all, it's only steps to the beach! Great house and great location. We'll be back! |

| The house is in an excellent location & has an excellent view. The decor's very nice, but all of cushions are white & are stained, linens/towels not pristine. Pool/hot tub very nice. Never got a garage door opener, not enough glassware. Biggest issue was the noise in the master bedroom. The other unit's garage was directly below & it sounded like a freight train going thru the room every time it was used. The bed abutted the other unit's main living area & EVERYthing could be heard -walking on the stairs, tv, talking, music, cupboards opening & shutting, etc. Big bummer not being able to sleep on vacation. Also a bummer to have to buy chairs for pool & beach. No beach towels, umbrella, toys, books, games, DVD player -things used to getting in a rental house. |

This place was the best! Just as represented on the site and more. Island Real Estate is completely professional and gets high marks for customer service. The house was immaculate and great attention to detail was given to the finishing touches.

This is a beautiful home. We loved it. It is close to the beach and has
everything you could want or need. I love the kitchen and the family
room. It overlooks the beach and has a balcony that you can sit and
watch the stars at night on. The beds are comfortable and the
bathrooms are clean and modern. I can't think of one negative thing to
say about this place The pool is nice too. We will go back ASAP!
