Four bicycles are provided so you can bike and enjoy all the Anna Maria Island has to offer.
This home is perfect for entertaining. Large dining room table comfortably seats 8 with 10 optional. Every bedroom and the living room is equipped with a flat screen television. The "pink house" as our grandkids called it was awesome! We did not have to go out for dinner...we barbequed most nights. The house is well equipped as far as bedding, towels, and kitchen items.
The best part about it was the backyard pool and cabanna bar with a tv. There is a large shallow area in the pool for the little ones. The NCAA basketball games were on....so we watched them from the pool.
The beach is 2 blocks from the house and it is an easy walk. The beach is beautiful. The house comes with plenty beach toys.
The trolley pick-up is 1 block from the house. We went to an ice cream shop using the trolley.
They also have bikes available and it is fun to ride them around.
It was a great family vacation. |

The Coral Reef home was wonderful! The Tikki hut and pool
were great!
Extremely comfortable house complete with an elevator! Would
rent it again.
Thanks for the bikes...a nice treat. Upon arrival, the house was
immaculate.
The staff at Island Real Estate were very friendly and attentive to
our needs!

| Our party of 10 enjoyed the house which was very roomy and beautiful. The beach was just a short walk away but the pool was a bit small. Once you got 3-4 people in, it was crowded. The cleaning crew did a great job! Would use Island Real Estate again. |

| Island Real Estate always gives excellent service. The home is spectacular and very spacious. The outside pool area with tiki bar was where we spent a lot of our time. It's spectacular. The beach is a short walk away even for small children. I would recommend this place to anyone and I will definitely rent it again. |

| When we saw this house it looked too good to be true, new construction, well furnished and at a great price. However, when we arrived, it was just as good as the description. Check in was completely painless, there was a variety of good eating places close by and the layout of the house was brilliant for us - parents downstairs and the kids upstairs! The decoration was excellent and I would strongly recommend this to anybody. Just don't book it at a time when we want to come back! |

We stayed for 10 days at the Coral Reef, the house was amazing. Very
nice, with everything you can need to have a wonderful vacation. The
kids ( and adults...) were very sad to leave behind the pool and tropical
setting backyard...
Very close to the beach, we really loved the house. We would go back
anytime.
No complains at all. |

The tiki hut has a mini frig and tv that added so much to our cookouts. The home was also a short walk to catch the trolley. We would love to come back next year. If you stay in this incredible home just make sure you bring dish soap and trash bags. |

Wonderful place. House is very spacious and still seems brand new. Everything you need is present.
Tiki bar at poolside is a great place to throw a party. Gas Grill is nearby. Bikes worked out well. Beach is only a few minutes away with a short walk.

We combined 3 families for a week in this lovely, spacious home.
Plenty of room for the grown-ups, grandparents and kids of all ages!
The Tiki Bar was the favorite hang-out, even during a rain shower. |
