| Experienced only one real problem. We could not get the door unlocked when we arrived. We had continuous problems with this throughout the stay. Otherwise, everything was fine. The staff did respond right away, but it was also spring break time and I think they were stretched for enough staff. You are so close to the beach at this condo. I could here the ocean at all times. A very quiet and peaceful place. Anna Maria Island is our favorite place! |

Beautiful beaches just a seconds away! The
condo is perfect for a small family. My kids
were thrilled by the sand toys in the storage,
which was also perfect to storing beach
chairs.
Little trolley ride across the island is also
great fun in the evenings. With the trolley
you can get to restaurants further away and
not worry about parking which seems to be a
problem all over the main roads.

| Great for family with kids as there are no roads to cross to get to the beach and the pool is big enough for them to play and not get in anyone's way. Pizza delivery person had a hard time finding us but other than that eveerything was great. Island Real Estate has a very easy check in process and the goody bag was helpful with things to do while here. Carol in the office went out of her way to help when our son got sick and we needed a walk in clinic and even called the next day to see how he was doing. We will be back and definately use Island Real Estate again. |

| The complex was very nice and had a great location on the island. The complex was just the right size (not too large with crowds). The condo was very stylish and updated. The condo was lacking enough wash clothes and regular towels for 4 guests. The beach was just steps away and beautiful! The covered parking and elevator were bonuses. The pool was a little small and not regularly cleaned (debris and bugs). I never saw the onsite condo complex manager. I tried the office 4 or 5 times at different hours, but no one ever there. We would definately stay here again. |

| Almost everything about the condo was good. The phone didn't work when we got there, but I told yall we had cell phones, so that's what we used. Also, there were not many dish towels or washcloths. Other than that, we had a nice time and may be interested in renting it again next year. |
